Dear Parents,

As the district will be allowing masks to be optional for all students, staff, and visitors, the district is looking to gauge the interest from our parents in a potential COVID-19 vaccination clinic to be held in the district for unvaccinated students. Please complete the survey linked below if you would like to participate in a district vaccination clinic for your children. If the district receives enough interest in hosting a clinic, further information will be provided.
